Open Road Drivers Plan® was established in 1989 exclusively for today's professional truck drivers. This unique program puts local, licensed attorneys on the driver's side, whenever and wherever they are needed. In most cases, drivers never need to appear in court.
Since protecting professional drivers is our specialty, we have developed a network of attorneys that specialize in defending CDL drivers. We also know which attorneys consistently obtain good results in any given location.
Unlike other legal plans, a driver's membership fees are all the driver pays. We never ask for additional out-of-pocket money from a driver before taking a case nor do we deny claims that are covered by the Plan. We only hire local, licensed attorneys who are familiar with the court system in the area violations are received.
