How It Works
In the event you have received a violation or have been in an accident,
you will need to call our customer service department at (800) 848-3060
to discuss the incident with one of our representatives. Our
representative will collect some basic information about your incident.
After your call, our representative will proceed to find an attorney in
the area in which the incident occurred.
Once we have selected an attorney, we will give that attorney the information on your incident. We will then contact you to give you the contact information for your attorney. You may also sign into your online account to find your attorney's information along with utilizing our message board to communicate with the attorney or our customer service department.
Once your case has been closed, your attorney will bill Open Road Drivers Plan® for all legal costs associated with your case. However, you will be responsible for any fines and court costs.
